Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
All projects are governed by the following Memorandum of Understanding.
MoU – Page 1: Legal Terms & Conditions
- Services: Engage Website Design agrees to design and develop a website according to mutually agreed project details.
- Payment: A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval.
- Ownership: Full ownership of the final website is transferred to the Customer only after full payment is received.
- Revisions: A reasonable number of revisions are included as agreed at the start of the project.
- Termination: If the project is terminated after work has begun, the upfront payment is non-refundable.
- Liability: Engage Website Design is not liable for losses arising from use or inability to use the website.
- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
MoU – Page 2: Service Packages & Payment Details
Service Packages:
- Basic Package: Up to 5 pages, basic responsive design
- Standard Package: Up to 10 pages, custom design & SEO-friendly structure
- Premium Package: Up to 20+ pages, advanced features & priority support
Important Service Notice:
- Domain names and hosting are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Services outside the selected package may require additional fees.
- A 50% upfront payment is required before project commencement.
By proceeding with payment, the Customer confirms acceptance of this Memorandum of Understanding.
